Full-back scores only goal of derby at San Siro Wolfsburg sack head coach Daniel Bauer Milan cut Inter’s lead at the top of Serie A to seven points after a 1-0 victory in the derby at San Siro. Pervis Estupiñán’s first-half strike saw Milan complete a Serie A double over their fierce city rivals for the first time since 2011.
